Jessee McClellan is the founder and CEO of ROI Safety Services, a leading provider of workplace safety services and OSHA compliance solutions. With over a decade of experience in health and safety, Jessee launched the company in 2016 with a mission to help businesses create safer, injury-free work environments. Under his leadership, ROI Safety Services has expanded its reach beyond California, now serving clients across multiple states.

Jessee is passionate about helping companies stay compliant with ever-changing OSHA, state, and local regulations. He, alongside his team, offers a comprehensive range of services– from onsite safety assessments and training to customized safety programs, designed to keep workers safe in high-hazard industries. His expertise in safety training services, hands-on approach, and commitment to client education have made ROI Safety Services a trusted partner for businesses of all sizes.

Our History

Founded with Purpose, Built on Experience

ROI Safety Services was founded in 2016 by Jessee McClellan, a respected safety instructor with over 25 years of hands-on experience in Aerospace, Construction, and Transportation. Jessee recognized a critical need for high-quality, personalized OSHA compliance workplace safety services that not only met regulatory standards but also genuinely cared about employees’ well-being. Guided by his Christian faith and a passion for protecting lives, he set out to create a company that combined expert knowledge with a deeply personal mission: helping every worker go home safe at the end of the day.

Our Focus

What began as a small safety consulting service in California quickly grew into a full-service OSHA safety services training company serving clients across California, Nevada, Arizona, and other states. Today, ROI Safety Services is known for its site-specific training, faith-based values, and commitment to zero-injury workplaces. With a team of certified trainers and safety experts, the company continues to evolve, offering innovative solutions like customized company portals, train-the-trainer programs, and ongoing subscription services.
